Purchase Policy

We are happy to present a wide array of quality new and used, vintage and rare brass and woodwind instruments for you to select for your next greatest musical addition.

Most of our consigned horns have been gone over by our repair shop before being offered for sale. If we did any repair work, that work is guaranteed for 90 days after your purchase. The instruments that carry our labor warranty are designated in the description area of the instrument online.

In addition, we have a few As Is instruments that were not inspected or repaired by our shop. We offer as accurate descriptions and photographs of the instrument as possible but they are not under shop warranty. However, they are still available to be returned after our standard five-day trial period (minus 3% restocking fees.)

Return Policy

Since we understand it can be a leap into the unknown buying an instrument sight unseen, after receiving payment, instruments will be sent on a five day trial starting from the day the instrument is received. Customer assumes total responsibility for the care of the instrument while it is in their possession. The instrument must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. This means being careful of scratches and dents. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and insurance . The instrument must be packed in the same box or one of equal strength, and insured for the full value. Returns will be subject to a 3% restocking fee.

This trial policy will also apply to most necks and mouthpieces, including being careful of scratches and dents on necks, and scratches and tooth marks on mouthpieces.

Shipping Damage

If any damage is noticed upon receipt of shipment, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging. An inspection by the shipping carrier will be necessary.
